Frames

No, we do not sell frames. The prints are advertised with a frame for a guidance only. Frames are not included.

Our standard processing time for print orders is 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns within 14days of purchase, provided the print is in its original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us at help@inspiriaink.com for return authorisation and instructions.

We take great care to securely package your order. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 14 days of arrival) and submit a claim to resolve the issue as outlined below.

How to Submit a Claim?

  • Notify us within 14 days of arrival at help@inspiriaink.com and include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Details about the damaged item(s)
    • Photos of the package and the damaged item(s)
  • Replacements are offered for damaged items; or a full refunds. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, please initiate a return or make alternative arrangements with us.

Before returning any items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at help@inspiriaink.com and include your Order Number.

  • We will provide the return address, and returns must be shipped to this specified address.
  • Costs of return: We will pay the costs of return: if the Products are faulty or misdescribed; or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

    Other than as set out above, in all other circumstances including where you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must pay the costs of return.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Once we receive and process your return, following our return instructions, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for your order.
  • Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind: We may reduce your refund of the Price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your mishandling. If we refund you the Price paid before we are able to inspect the Products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

  • When your refund will be made: We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible, and usually within 14 days from the day on which we receive the relevant Products back from you.
